Permit Hunt Draw Results
The Permit Hunt Authorization draw results for 2011-12 are as follows:
- Elk
14 KB
Remember: holding a permit is not a guarantee of hunting success.
This year’s Elk Permit Hunt is for cows only to meet management plan objectives for herd size. The harvest success rate will be evaluated in October and additional cow elk permits may be offered and drawn from the original permit draw priority list. These would be issued for a late season hunt that extends from November 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012.
