Fish & Wildlife Planning Program

YG photo

This Environment Yukon program helps preserve Yukon’s spectacular natural environment by addressing local fish and wildlife concerns and by developing plans for habitat protection and species management. These plans help Environment Yukon fulfill the Yukon government’s obligations under First Nation final agreements. They also support planning requirements under the federal Species At Risk legislation, and foster relationship and capacity-building at the community level.

Please note: Google Maps doesn't always recognize Yukon place names and is sometimes inaccurate. Don't trust the automatic map that's provided. If you need directions, please contact Fish and Wildlife Planning and we'd be happy to help you get there.
